写真展案内
　ドアー（入口扉 la porte de l’entree）は、単なるモノではなく、人の臭いがする、生活のなかの一部であるように思える。
　開店前に店主を待つドアー、訪問者を受け入れるため開けられたウエルカム・ドアー、客人が開閉するドアー、集合住宅の住人が毎日利用する共同玄関ドアー、リメイクするため工事中のドアー、役割を終え閉鎖されたドアー…
　そして何人に、何回も、何年もの期間触れられ、歴史と温もりを感じさせる“ドアー・ノブ”や“鍵穴”は、ドアーの構成要素であるものの、もはやモノではなく、人に例えると“手”や“心臓”のようにも想えてしまう。
　人に人生があるように、個々のドアーにも、それぞれの役割をもった“扉生”のようなものがあるのかも知れない。
　フランス、パリのドアー（Paris Door）を視つめていると、それぞれの役割を果たしつつ、クラシック文化に培われた“かおり”のなかに、人のような“個性”を感じてしまう。

【作者略歴】
玉利 祐三（たまり ゆうぞう）
・ 高校生のころルノワール等の印象派の油絵を制作。大学・大学院生でのガラス乾板にスペクトル輝線を露光・現像する研究により写真に興味をもつ。
・大学理学部教員として勤めるなか、4×5インチ判カメラから写真を始める。専門は光分光分析、放射能化学、地球環境化学、微量栄養学、予防医学等。元厚生労働省第7次国民の栄養所要量設定研究メンバー。理学博士。
・1985年～1995年、玄光社「PHOTO TECHNIC」誌、フォト・コレクション1985/5・1995/1-2、「露出ハンドブック」、「私の露出決定法」、「風景＆ネイチャー撮影ハンドブック」、「私の風景ネイチャー」にて作例・解説等を掲載。
・2006年、教員として勤めていた大学を早期退職し、写真生活を開始する。

Paris Door; la porte de l’entree

Doors (entrance doors) may not be simply inorganic materials, but they seem likely to be one of the essential media for our lives.
There are many doors; a locked door waiting for his master of a shop; a shop-door already opened to welcome customers who are coming in and going out; a gate-door of an apartment using by many people everyday; a door under the service for repairing; a door unused no longer; and so on.
A handle and a keyhole are also the elements composing a door, and they are toughed and used by a number of people for a long period. So that, they might not be “materials”, but it seems as if they are “hands and hearts” of human beings.
When I am looking at Paris doors in France, I would be in my imagination that they have each individual “personality”, which has been created under the traditional culture and history of France.
